Please join us in our efforts to bring an African penguin exhibit to Lehigh Valley Zoo!

Who can participate? EVERYONE!

What? Pennies for Penguins is a community fundraising campaign. With your support, guests will experience a charming and captivating flock of African penguins, while contributing to wildlife conservation.

Where? At the Lehigh Valley Zoo: Please drop off your Penguin Bank or coins at the Zoo on your next visit, or complete the enclosed form and mail your contribution to the Zoo.

When? Campaign kick-off Saturday, April 19th.

Why? African penguins are listed as 'vulnerable'. The Lehigh Valley Zoo will be participating in the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) African Penguin Species Survival Plan (SSP). Also, our Conservation Education Curator, Sheri Peters, is the Education Liaison for AZA’s African Penguin SSP.
