Sleep at the Zoo and discover animals of the night!
This overnight adventure allows our guests to explore Lehigh Valley Zoo after dark. Explore & Snore is especially popular with scout troops looking for an alternative to camping, and provides programming that helps meet badge requirements.

Explore & Snore activities focus on nocturnal animals and include a nighttime Zoo tour, nature-trail hikes, animal encounters and fun activities that teach participants about wildlife. Participants sleep indoors and help feed the animals in the morning.

Explore & Snore programs are available Friday night into Saturday morning or Saturday night into Sunday morning. Half-night programs (when your group does NOT stay at the Zoo overnight) are also available. Explore & Snore full-night programs cost $38 per participant and half-night programs cost $21 per participant. Programs must be reserved for at least 15 people.
