Ambassador Animal Holiday Raffle
If you have ever participated in an education program at the Lehigh Valley Zoo, or if you have ever had the zoo come to you through a Zoo Reach program, you have met an Ambassador Animal! These animals live behind the scenes at the zoo, and interact with guests through special education programs like our animal encounters, Animal Kingdom presentations, summer camps, Zoo Reach programs, and more! Our knowledgeable Education Specialists and amazing Ambassador Animals team up every day to educate guests near and far about the importance of protecting wildlife and wild places. This holiday season, we want to thank our animal friends for the great work they do for wildlife conservation. Please consider participating in our Ambassador Animal Holiday Raffle so that we can continue to provide for these incredible animals after a difficult year.
How It Works
Donations can be made through three different “tiers” of the raffle. Each tier is composed of different prizes (see prize descriptions below).

- Each $10 donation will give you one (1) entry into our tier 1 raffle.
- Each $25 donation will give you one (1) entry into our tier 2 raffle.
- Each $35 donation will give you one (1) entry into our tier 3 raffle.
Donors within our Tier 2 & Tier 3 raffles will also receive one (1) entry into our general raffle.
TIER 1 Prizes
- Ambassador Animal Painting (artists may include: snakes, turtles, tortoises)
- LVZoo Merchandise Credit ($10)
- 1 Adult Admission Ticket
- 1 Child Admission Ticket
TIER 2 Prizes
- Ambassador Animal Painting (artists may include: lizards, snakes, African Grey Parrot)
- 5% off an education program
- LVZoo Merchandise Credit ($25)
- 2 Adult Admission Tickets
- 2 Child Admission Tickets
- Ornament painted by Bean the Sloth
TIER 3 Prizes
- Ambassador Animal Painting (artists may include: Fennec Fox, Two-Toed Sloth, Raccoon, Penguin)
- 10% off an education program
- Family 4-pack Zoo Admission
- Two (2) tickets to a socially-distanced VIP Painting Program at the Lehigh Valley Zoo, in partnership with Mimosas & Masterpieces!
- Included in the program are painting materials and a guided animal painting, compliments of Mimosas & Masterpieces, as well as an animal presentation from a Lehigh Valley Zoo Education Specialist!
General Raffle Prize
- Choice between one year of Zoo Membership (up to and including the family level), or a sloth encounter for 1 to 4 people.
The Details
One (1) winner from each tier will be selected weekly on Friday, beginning on December 4th and ending on December 18th. The General raffle winner will also be selected on December 18th. Winners will be contacted within three (3) days after each drawing.
Prizes can be picked up by their winners at the zoo during the hours of 10AM & 3PM. Any winner wishing to have their item shipped will be asked to cover shipping costs, which are typically between $7 and $10.
