Ticket Donation Request

Each year, Lehigh Valley Zoo receives more than 6,000 donation requests from organizations throughout our region. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we understand the important role fundraisers play in supporting our community, and we are proud to help bring the mission of wildlife conservation and education to others whenever possible. Due to the high volume of requests received, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill every opportunity presented to us.

Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your request. We strictly adhere to these policies:

  • Requests are reviewed by a committee during the month following submission, and applicants are notified within that same month.
  • Requests should be submitted at least two (2) months prior to your event date.
  • You will be contacted via email only if your request is approved.
  • Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to provide status updates on pending requests. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Requests on behalf of individuals experiencing financial or health-related hardships will not be considered.
  • Requests for employee, staff, or associate incentive programs will not be considered.
  • Preference is given to organizations whose mission aligns with that of Lehigh Valley Zoo. To learn more about our mission, please visit our Overview & Mission page.
  • Lehigh Valley Zoo does not provide donations to organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, or military status.
  • Requests from religious organizations will be considered only when the initiative provides a direct benefit to the broader community, such as food pantries, community outreach programs, shelters, or similar charitable services.
  • To be considered, applicants must enter “LVZTIX” in the “Donation Requested” field and complete the form in its entirety.
  • Approved organizations will receive discount codes redeemable for a Family 4-Pack admission package (2 adults and 2 children).
  • Discount codes are valid for general daytime admission only and exclude premium daytime events, after-hours events, and Winter Light Spectacular.
  • Discount codes expire 12 months from the date of issue — not 12 months from your event date — so please plan your request timeline accordingly.
    • Example: If your event takes place in October 2026, your request should be submitted in August 2026 in order to receive tickets with an October 31, 2027 expiration date.
  • Organizations may apply multiple times throughout the year; however, each organization is eligible to receive only one donation package per calendar year.
